Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by them) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [contact email] with details of the product and the issue. You may return the product at our expense, and we will either replace it or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
